Close your company cleanly and settle the tax position.
A voluntary strike-off is straightforward only when the accounts and tax affairs are up to date. We check both before the DS01 is filed.
What this service covers.
Striking off is for companies that have stopped trading and have no outstanding liabilities. Filing too early, or with unresolved tax, can lead to the application being rejected or the company being restored.
We review final accounts, confirm the company is solvent and deal with HMRC before submitting the DS01, so closure does not create a later problem.

Company closure & strike-off questions
Can I strike off a company with debts?
No. A voluntary strike-off requires the company to be solvent. An insolvency process may be needed instead.
What happens to the company's assets?
Any assets left at dissolution pass to the Crown. They should be distributed before the application.
Do I still need to file accounts?
Yes, until the company is dissolved. Outstanding filings must be dealt with first.
