Form a UK LTD the right way from day one.
Company registration, share structure and HMRC registrations handled together so you can start trading without gaps.
What this service covers.
A UK limited company is usually the right vehicle for a founder who wants limited liability and a clean separation between personal and business finances. We handle the Companies House application and make sure the constitutional documents match how the company will actually be owned and run.
Formation is more than a filing. Share classes, SIC codes and the registered office all affect later tax and reporting. We agree these with you first, then register the company and set up the HMRC side.
The work we handle for you.
Every engagement is quoted on a fixed scope, so you know exactly what is covered before we begin.
- Company name availability check and Companies House incorporation
- Share structure and statement of capital
- SIC code selection and registered office arrangement
- Corporation Tax and PAYE registration with HMRC
- Confirmation statement and first-year filing calendar
Often arranged alongside this.
UK LTD company formation questions
How much share capital do I need?
There is no minimum. Most founders start with ordinary shares at £1 each, but the structure should reflect how you plan to bring in partners or investors.
Can I form a UK LTD as a non-resident?
Yes. Non-residents can own and direct a UK company. You will need a UK registered office address and must keep the company's records and tax filings up to date.
Do I need to register for VAT at formation?
Only if you expect taxable turnover to pass the threshold, or if you want to reclaim input VAT. We review this as part of the setup.
