Keep your Companies House record accurate and current.
Annual confirmation statements and company changes filed on time, so the public register matches how the business is really run.
What this service covers.
Every UK company must confirm its registered details at least once a year, even if nothing has changed. The confirmation statement is separate from the annual accounts and carries its own deadline.
Changes to directors, shareholders, people with significant control or the registered office must also be notified. We prepare and file the right forms and update your filing calendar.

Confirmation statements & changes questions
Is the confirmation statement the same as annual accounts?
No. The confirmation statement confirms company details; annual accounts report the financial position. Both have separate deadlines.
What is a PSC?
A person with significant control is someone who owns or controls more than 25% of shares or voting rights, or otherwise exercises significant influence.
What happens if I file late?
The company can be struck off and directors can be fined. Filing early avoids the risk.
